It’s that time of year again. That time of year when everybody related to a girl scout will start to harass you to buy some cookies. And by “some cookies”, I mean 10 boxes. And that is 10 boxes because it’s for the girl scouts and you’re doing a good deed by wolfing down 48 thin mints.
The paleo diet excuse is getting me out of being harassed over buying boxes now, for the most part. The thing is I want them though!!
So after complaining for a few minutes, I remembered Google knows everything! I found a bunch of paleo-friendly Girl Scout cookies around the web. I’ll try to make some of them one weekend soon when I have time. But for now, here are some of the best looking recipes I could find.
Paleo Thin Mints

Well, I’m obviously going to start with the number one cookie. I found a recipe from Cassy over at Fedandfit.com. The ingredients look legit and she has an easy step by step guide with action shots. Can’t wait to make these!
Paleo Samoa Cookies

Well, yes, please. These look awesome. And I have most of the ingredients in my cabinets already. But where does one find coconut sugar? Recipe here.
Paleo Tagalongs

Yes, these are by far my favorites! The whole reason I really started looking into these Girl Scout cookie recipes was so that I could find my own homemade tagalong recipe. And…here it is! Paleo Tagalongs aka Peanut Butter Patties. Thanks, Elenaskitchen.com!
