Paleo Friendly Alcohol Guide [Infographic]

February 15, 2014 by mike Leave a Comment

I just made my first ever infographic!  This one was inspired by the the events of last night.  I stuck with the best paleo alcohol rules for a while drinking red wine (pinot noir) and then some vodka.  Everything went south when the vodka started to kick in and I found myself holding a pint of beer at a bar…OOPS!

What do we think of the infographic?  Comments appreciated!
