OK, I missed a lot of posts lately because I burned my hand pretty badly grilling. I would have put up the post of what I was grilling but my hand hurt too badly to hold the camera even. The food still came out amazing though!
So, since I still don’t feel like typing a lot with a hurt hand, I found an infographic that is easy to share with you. All of you paleo people seem to love your beef centered meals so here is a fun little infographic that breaks down all of the cuts of beef that goes over ways you can cook each piece, how pricey it should be and obviously what section of the cow the meat came off of.
