If you are one of my 2 fans, then you’d know that I’m currently trying to keep my spending down considerably for the month of March. I plan on spending under $350 on all food, including groceries and eating out.
Dinner is usually the most expensive meal for me and probably others. This is the meal that tends to be bigger than the others just because it is the first time that you get to sit down and relax all day.
I sat down the other day looking at a bunch of paleo recipes that I have found to figure out how to get a cheap dinner that I would actually enjoy. I was thinking about this when I was eating breakfast…my delicious breakfast! Then I realized breakfast is the cheapest and best paleo dinner!
Bacon and eggs are so easy to make and something that I haven’t tired of yet. If you just want to relax when you get home, why not make this 10-minute breakfast and savor that bacon?
Since it is dinner time and you want to mix it up, add some sides. Tomatoes, avocados, berries, or cottage cheese (if you’re doing dairy) can be added to the meal to fill you up. If you’re sick of bacon and eggs, there are plenty of other paleo breakfast recipes you can try out like muffins or pancakes made with paleo-friendly ingredients. I’ll get a few of those up ASAP.
