Grilled Corned Beef Brisket

- ⅓ cup granulated garlic
- ⅓ cup smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- ½ tsp of mustard powder
- Black and white pepper to taste
- Reduce the amount of salt in the corned beef by rinsing it and soaking in warm water for 1-2 hours. Pat dry
- Combine all of the spices. Rub generously on all sides of the corned beef brisket.
- Cook on very low (225-250 degrees) indirect heat, fatty side up
- After about an hour to an hour and a half wrap the beef tightly in foil
- Cook for another 30-60 minutes, until the internal temperature is 160 degrees
- Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing. Slice at an angle
- Enjoy with some grilled cabbage
