Part of my weekly shopping list is a container of white button mushrooms. I started buying them whole recently because it is a little cheaper and you can use them in a lot of different recipes. At only $2 per container, it is totally worth getting each week even if you don’t use them.
This recipe is something I’ll cook up at least once a week to throw with any dinner to get a quick side dish or make in bulk to wrap up for a brown bag lunch side.
